HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS: The dough is kneaded in the mixer, and the dough is cut into the desired grams in the dough cutting machine. It is shaped into a round shape in the turning machine. The product is rested in the proofing machine and brought to the pressing section to be loaded into the system.
Manual loading is done in the printing section of the system. The product takes shape in the pressing section, passes to the transfer conveyors, is cooked in the rotary type 4-layer oven, and from there it passes to the layered proofing group. Here, the product cools down on its own and is collected from the front, bagged immediately if desired.
Products with a diameter of 15-20-25-30-33 cm can be produced on the tortilla line. Advanced technology is used in production, and thanks to this technology, the products have a long shelf life of 1 - 3 - 6 - 12 Months.
