Multiple Printing Tortilla Line

WORKING SYSTEM OF THE LINE: The dough kneaded in the mixer is cut in the desired gram by the cutting machine and turned in the turning machine. The product is rested in the proofing machine and then comes to the pressing section for loading. In the system, dough is loaded manually or automatically into the pressing section.

In the pressing section, the product takes shape, passes to the transfer conveyors and is loaded into the tunnel oven where the product is cooked.

The cooked product is automatically transferred to the resting group, and the product that has cooled down is collected from the front. If desired, the product is bagged in a horizontal bagging group.

The whole system works with 4 people, except the bagging group. Product production is in different models, according to the number of prints and printing,

2400-3600 pieces / hour,

3400-4600 pieces / hour,

4400-5600pcs/hour,

5000-7000 pcs/hour.

Products with a diameter of 15-20-25-30-33 cm can be produced on the tortilla line. Advanced technology is used in production, and thanks to this technology, the products have a long shelf life of 1 - 3 - 6 - 12 Months.
