GENERAL FEATURES

1- The machines are capable of processing 100-200 kg/hour of wet dough, depending on the product to be produced, the desired shape and dead thickness settings.
2- Machines according to the models produced:

34cm. The machine, which works in pan width, has a capacity of 100 kg/hour,
36cm. The machine, which works in pan width, has a capacity of 120 kg/hour,
40cm. The machine, working in pan width, has a capacity of 140 kg/hour,
45cm. The machine, working in pan width, has a capacity of 150 kg/hour,
60cm. The machine works in pan width and has a capacity of 200 kg/hour.
3- Thanks to the replaceable shaping molds with slides, it has the ability to attach the shaping molds used in all kinds of pastry.
4- Thanks to the replaceable head, it has the ability to pour bulk dry cake, (Landeşe–Estron type) bitter almond, coco, meringue, eclairs, sugarpare, sweet dry cake and flour cookies and bulk type salted dry cake (formulation is given by us) in different thicknesses.
5- Depending on the desired model, the machines can work on all pan sizes between Width: 34-36-40 -45- 60 cm, Length: 50-100 cm. (Pan system is used with the ends of the pan open)
6- The outer surfaces and the parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel and the movement parts are made of steel materials.
7- The conveyor of the machine has a rising and falling system. It has the ability to adjust the pan height and dough pouring distance depending on the product.
9- The machine is designed electronically as a system. It is possible to adjust the volume (large or small) of the product poured from the electronic screen.
10- It can pour round or long shaped products by changing the setting on the electronic screen when desired.
11- Thanks to its detachable pouring head, the product has the ability to disassemble and clean the parts in contact with the dough, making it easy to assemble, maintain and use.
12- Nine product drawing molds are provided as standard with the machine, so that they can produce the products intended to be produced on the machine.
13- The movement system of the machine is designed mechanically. AIR PYNOMATIC SYSTEMS are not used in the movement system or any other part.
