GENERAL FEATURES

1-In the machine system, the head of the binding section is completely changed as a set and binds products of different grams, from 15 g of product to 200 g of product. The products it links are not TWISTED. It connects STRAIGHT WITHOUT TURN.
2- Cutting the products in different weights is done on another machine (Cut-Weigh machine). The cutting machine is not mounted on the binding machine, it is a separate machine.
3- It is capable of processing products with up to 55-60% fat (fat) content, such as kandil bagel and cake bagel.
4- Depending on the capacity of the cutting machine and the gram size of the product to be produced, it can process 2000 - 3000 pieces / hour of large bagels or 4000 - 6000 pieces / hour of lamp bagels, cake bagels etc.
5- The additional head, which is changed to connect products of different weights, is easy to install, maintain and use.
6-The machine is designed to be suitable for food, the belt systems are food-safe, the surfaces in contact with the product are stainless and the movement parts are made of steel.
7- The machine system has an acceleration and deceleration system according to the product and demand.
8- There is a SPECIAL COOLING SYSTEM in the tying machine system to tie the product properly and to prevent the band and body part from heating up during continuous operation of the system. This system ensures continuous and standard operation of the machine.
9- Since bagel production varies between countries and even cities, it is designed and manufactured according to the characteristics of the product to be produced.
10- In addition to machine technology, production technology and formulation supports are provided to produce the products. Optional products such as plain, whole wheat, sesame, grain, sunflower seed, poppy seed and hazelnut can be produced on the machine.
